April\u00a02017 – Korsenn design HCHA\u2019s\u00a0Annual Report\u00a0again,\u00a0g<\/strong>ood to work on this\u00a0project for the 4th year!<\/strong><\/p>\n

So for the 2016\u00a0Annual Report design, the concept design and imagery wise was to focus on HCHA\u2019s\u00a0Tenants.\u00a0But also shine a spotlight\u00a0on HCHA’s innovative social housing policies across the organisations asset estate. Plus,\u2026well I just like circles and always have and used them readily\u00a0for graphic effect to break up all the\u00a0regularity of an\u00a0Annual Report!?<\/p>\n

Anyhow\u00a0lots to to be told\u00a0in this years report, as\u00a0last year was a very busy one for the housing organisation with much re organisation, etc. Again we utilised positive images of the Tenants\u00a0who reside across the HCHA estate. All to reinforce the organisations brand, core value\u2019s and Tenant sectors for the front cover design; Sheltered, General Needs, Young People, Extra Care and Homeless Tenants. Plus new housing developments associated with other providers within the housing and property markets.<\/p>\n

HCHA are a great charitable organisation, a housing association that you get the feeling with of a strong ethical code, whilst dealing with them.\u00a0Also an\u00a0organisation with a history of good deeds in social housing in North West London. Run by people who actually do care about and commit to those of us in society who are in potentially socially\u00a0disadvantaged positions at different stages of this\u00a0life. All good to know!\u00a0So to inform and reflect on these core values, they publish various media throughout the year. So this year\u2019s Annual Report was a slightly more simpler design affair, after the previous\u00a0years 50th Anniversary celebrations within HCHA.\u00a0But it still had to communicate effectively the brand values and the past years business, news, projects, a new merger with Harlington HA and those all important financial figures of course. Photography was commissioned via locally based photographer, Lucy Baker and also in-house with HCHA\u2019s Communications and Projects Manager, Soni Shah.<\/p>\n
