St Modwen – Property Developers brochures.

St.Modwen are commercial and land developers. In particular industrial and brown field site developers for these series of brochures, fact sheets and folders. The design style had to utilise the distinctive St. Modwen brand and also featured the relevant ariel photography and artist impressions, CGI’s of the numerous schemes. Plus all the usual stakeholders and location information, area maps, environmental works and standards, etc. (Designs for Studio 6 Communications, Bristol, UK).
