Korsenn Design design and produce the HCHA Newsletter design 6 pager, every few months.

HCHA are a great charitable organisation, a housing association that you get the feeling with of a strong ethical code, whilst dealing with them. Also an organisation with a history of good deeds in social housing in North West London. Run by people who actually do care about and commit to those of us in society who are in potentially socially disadvantaged positions at different stages of this life. All good to know!

So to inform and reflect on these core values, they publish various media throughout the year. This is the design for the quarterly newsletter for all of HCHA’s tenants, stakeholders, staff and suppliers across the various schemes and estates they have. (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter editions, A4, 6 pager and printed full colour Litho via St. Austell Printing Company). There are also digital versions as a PDF for emailing out and for uploading onto the HCHA website. This newsletter also now incorporates Harlington H/A as well, since that organisation voted to amalgamate under the ownership of HCHA back in 2015. All well written, edited and also some of the photography by Soni Shah, the Marketing and Communications Manager at HCHA, a very concise and enthusiastic client to work with. Space is often tight with a varied content on each issue, so can be fun with the design and typographically getting all those stories into 6 pages, but we do somehow.
