Cornwall Road Running and Racing Group – Logotypes.

1. Main 2 colour logotype version.

A recent project and this brand and logotype represent’s my local Cornish running forum and organisational group. CRR&RG help to organise and run the Cornwall Grand Prix Series of 12-15 running races. Which are held throughout the year across the ‘Land of Saints’. A fantastic and spectacular area to run and race in featuring many varied races on and off road. Being a runner this was not a hard design job to work up really!

The design had to be simple, bold and impactful, featuring the obvious runner icon set within a circular graphic device to get in some movement. (I seem to love circular designs, probably to much too)! I also couldn’t help myself and ended up using the classic Cornish sporting colour palette of deep yellow and black. Thats used in the historic Cornish Coat of Arms and Heraldry of course, proper job colours!!
