Harrow Churches Housing Association – Annual Report 2013

HCHA’s 50th Anniversary Annual Report – March 2014.

This was a pivotal year for HCHA as it was their 50th Anniversary as a Housing Charity, so many things were planned in for 2014 to celebrate this fact to their tenants, shareholders and staff across all the charities schemes. Included in this was a celebratory event at the House of Commons, Jubilee Room in November 2014. So the Annual Report design celebrated this with the front cover design using a photo-montage style and bold brand colours. Utilising images and photgraphy from the previous 50 years activities and also from an extensive archive at HCHA. This also influenced the design of the inside spreads, introducing the concept of a timeline of key dates for the charity, linking throughout the pages of the annual report. It still had to communicate effectively the brand values and the past years business, news, projects and those all important financial figures of course.
HCHA are a great charitable organisation, a housing association that you get the feeling with of a strong ethical code, whilst dealing with them. Also an organisation with a history of good deeds in social housing in North West London. Run by people who actually do care about and commit to those of us in society who are in potentially socially disadvantaged positions at different stages of this life. All good to know! So for all things social housing: www.hcha.org.uk
