Harrow Churches Housing Association – Annual Report 2014

Korsenn design HCHA’s Annual Report again – March 2015.

HCHA are a great charitable organisation, a housing association that you get the feeling with of a strong ethical code, whilst dealing with them. Also an organisation with a history of good deeds in social housing in North West London. Run by people who actually do care about and commit to those of us in society who are in potentially socially disadvantaged positions at different stages of this life. All good to know! So to inform and reflect on these core values, they publish various media throughout the year. So this year’s Annual Report was a slightly more simpler design affair, after the previous years 50th Anniversary celebrations within HCHA. But it still had to communicate effectively the brand values and the past years business, news, projects, a new merger with Harlington HA and those all important financial figures of course. The Front cover design and photography used the iconic Church on Harrow on the Hill, a landmark visible throughout North West London and an image that echo’s nicely the HCHA Logotype. Photography was commissioned via locally based photographer, Lucy Baker. So for all things social housing: www.hcha.org.uk
